Solid floral green tea
While I don't really get the taste of almond in this tea, the aroma of rose, jasmine, grass, and honeysuckle, make this tea heavenly to cup. This tea does not get bitter when steeped as the directions suggest, and I find you can even go as high as 185° f without it getting better. Much hotter, or longer than the 3 to 5 minutes, and you will start to get that familiar green tea astringency. I've been drinking quarts of this over the last week and really love the low caffeine and refreshing flavor.
