🔥 Brewing Directions

Hot Brewing 10 oz

Heat 212°f/100°c water
Add 3.5g tea, about 2 teaspoons
Pour 10oz/300ml hot water
Infuse 4-5 mins. Longer is stronger.
Repeat Reinfuse 1-2 times

Iced Brewing 10 oz

Heat 212°f/100°c water
Add 3.5g tea, about 2 teaspoons
Pour ~3oz hot water to barely cover tea leaves
Infuse 4-5 mins. Longer is stronger.
Dilute with 7oz cold water
Serve Over ice

Delicious evening wind down tea

Tangy and fruity
I was curious, but skeptical of this one because I don't like hibiscus teas. I was pleasantly surprised! Enough hibiscus tang to enhance the fruitiness. It is however, very rich banana flavor that almost overpowers. It's like a tangy banana split in a drink form! Also good for people who can't decide between regular or herb tea. In Mojave, you get both! I can tell that Mojave will be an excellent iced tea for summer!
