- Shipping for orders over $45 is free in the United States
- Orders usually ship in 2-3 business days. Sales events and holidays have special shipping times and will take longer.
- 2-day shipping orders placed after 1pm PST will ship the next business day.
- You'll receive an email with tracking when your order ships.
- Basic shipping starts at $4.99 USD per order in the United States.
- Orders are shipped via US Postal Service or FedEx.
- Orders placed after 1pm PST will ship the next business day at the earliest.
- Orders shipped to the wrong address will not be refunded or replaced.
- International shipping is available via DHL Express. DHL express is shipped with DDP terms (Delivery Duties Paid). Any additional taxes, duties, or fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
- International orders are non-refundable in the case of non-delivery of goods, shipping damage, customs issues, or other local delivery issues.
- Shipping protection is an optional service and can be turned off in the shopping cart.
