Shipping policy

  • Shipping for orders over $45 is free in the United States
  • Orders typically ship in 2-3 business days. Please expect a slightly longer wait during sales and other high demand periods. 
  • You'll receive an email with tracking when your order ships.
  • Basic shipping starts at $4.99 USD per order in the United States.
  • Orders are shipped via US Postal Service or FedEx.
  • Orders placed after 1pm PST will ship the next business day at the earliest
  • Orders shipped to the wrong address will not be refunded or replaced.
  • International shipping is available via DHL Express. DHL express is shipped with DDP terms (Delivery Duties Paid). Any additional taxes, duties, or fees are the responsibility of the recipient. 
  • International orders are non-refundable in the case of non-delivery of goods, shipping damage, customs issues, or other local delivery issues. 
  • Shipping protection is an optional service and can be turned off in the shopping cart.
