All of the best things about a desert, a nice snap of a pepper, the chocolate warmth of the sunset, the malt of a sunrise. Nothing else like it. Lives on my high rotation list. And come summer it is iced tea perfection. I will even make it iced in winter once in awhile, just to remind myself of the summer to come.
