August is premium e-commerce tea brand founded in Los Angeles in 2014. Our business is growing and we're hiring for the role of Warehouse Associate. The main responsibilities are picking, packing and shipping orders, as well as product assembly. The work requires attention to detail and keeping a steady, productive pace. We currently operate Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm.
You are an efficient and detail-oriented person with excellent communication skills both digital and IRL. You love to keep busy and get the job done. You are able to do repetitive and solitary tasks comfortably. You do not have severe food or dog allergies. We handle teas with nuts and barley, so if you have severe allergies, this will not be a good fit. Prior experience in warehouse operations a plus, but not required.
August is dedicated to making tea modern and amazing. We are a very small team of high-energy individuals who strive not just to meet but to exceed our goals. We work hard, and we work as team. We especially love music and dogs as well as all things food and drink.
Safety during Covid-19 pandemic
We have strict safety protocols to ensure team member safety during the pandemic. All team members are fully vaccinated. All employees wear face coverings at all time, and all workstations are more than 6' apart. PPE is provided if necessary.
