Fresh and lovely like the first blossoms of spring, Beltane is inspired by the Celtic celebration of springtime. The subtle aroma of this crisp green oolong tea takes you on a stroll through an apple orchard in full bloom with all of the vibrant feels of early spring flowers. This is a mild tea with delicate apple flavor and silky smooth mouthfeel. A hint of caramel balances the apple blossom and earthy oolong notes to lend a buttery baked apple flavor.

🔥 Brewing Directions

Hot Brewing 10 oz

Heat 195°f/90°c water
Add 3.5g tea, about 1 tablespoon
Pour 10oz/300ml hot water
Infuse 4-5 mins. Longer is stronger.
Repeat Reinfuse 1-2 times

Iced Brewing 10 oz

Heat 195°f/90°c water
Add 3.5g tea, about 1 tablespoon
Pour ~3oz hot water to barely cover tea leaves
Infuse 4-5 mins. Longer is stronger.
Dilute with 7oz cold water
Serve Over ice

Great gift

Surprisingly Delicious!

I tried oolong tea once before (tea bag from the grocery store) and it was bitter and not much flavor. This Beltane tea showed me that it doesn't have to be that way! The tea had a subtle apple flavor, a touch of sweetness, and a wonderfully robust tea flavor. I was sad to see that this is a limited edition flavor, because it would otherwise 100% always be in my stash!
