The intoxicating scent of this tea conjures velvety cake on an afternoon in the countryside. Soft, sugar-laden butter glides across the tongue to meet tiny aromatic vanilla seeds apparent in the bottom of the cup. Intense vanilla is balanced by the earthy depth of cardamom and green tea. This tea is a modern take on Proust's tea-soaked Madeleine.

Chai with Half the Steps and Half the Ingredients
OLD REVIEW: A little too much cardamom for my liking but add sugar or cream and that balances it out real nicely.
NEW REVIEW: Oddly nutty and spicey with a creamy texture and aftertaste. A little on the bitter side and a little bit like a chai but with too much cardamom and with a green tea base (instead of black).
