Heat 212°f/100°c water
Add 3.5g tea, about 2 teaspoons
Pour 10oz/300ml hot water
Infuse 4-5 mins. Longer is stronger.
Repeat Reinfuse 1-2 times

Iced Brewing 10 oz

Heat 212°f/100°c water
Add 3.5g tea, about 2 teaspoons
Pour ~3oz hot water to barely cover tea leaves
Infuse 4-5 mins. Longer is stronger.
Dilute with 7oz cold water
Serve Over ice

Caffeine allergy savior

I haven't had coffee in over 20 years for to a caffeine allergy and this blend is the closest I've tasted to a cup of coffee (or at least the satisfaction of taste to real coffee). I'm in love!

Advice, try it as a "London fog"

Yummy - and caffeine free!

I'm always on the hunt for teas that are caffeine free, but not super fruity or flowery. This definitely fits the bill! While not a coffee drinker myself, I can see how this would be a great alternative. I really enjoy the rich, roasted flavor.
