Heat 212°f/100°c water
Add 3.5g tea, about 2 teaspoons
Pour 10oz/300ml hot water
Infuse 4-5 mins. Longer is stronger.
Repeat Reinfuse 1-2 times

Iced Brewing 10 oz

Heat 212°f/100°c water
Add 3.5g tea, about 2 teaspoons
Pour ~3oz hot water to barely cover tea leaves
Infuse 4-5 mins. Longer is stronger.
Dilute with 7oz cold water
Serve Over ice

Tired of Herbal Teas That Lack Bold Flavor? This is Your Solution!!!
When I developed heart palpitations and muscle aches with caffeine, I went on a quest to find an herbal tea with bold flavor. All I could find were floral teas with a mild, subdued flavor. I was disappointed for months trying different teas. I am not a fan of Roobious, so I had a dilemma. I was very excited to try August Uncommon Tea for herbals that are OUTSIDE THE BOX with combined flavors that really satisfy my need for a BOLD taste. Although I am not a coffee drinker, I have really embraced this Daybreak Coffee Alternative. It's flavorful & has an interesting taste. August teas are my absolute favorite teas for UNIQUE flavors. I appreciate that they offer low cost samplers to allow me to try different teas without hitting my wallet. Without this, I wouldn't have found the other flavor choices like the Low Country Bourbon Tea...talk about unique! I get the caffeine free. Now I can enjoy a cup of tea like I'm used to before I went caffeine free. I have finally found my match for boldness & quality in my tea!!! Love this tea!
I was surprised by the buttery caramel smell and flavor. I looked for an alternative for coffee during a weight loss program where I had to do without caffeine to get my blood pressure in check. This tea was all that for the replacement! Still drinking it!
