🔥 Brewing Directions

Hot Brewing 10 oz

Heat 212°f/100°c water
Add 3.5g tea, about 2 teaspoons
Pour 10oz/300ml hot water
Infuse 4-5 mins. Longer is stronger.
Repeat Reinfuse 1-2 times

Iced Brewing 10 oz

Heat 212°f/100°c water
Add 3.5g tea, about 2 teaspoons
Pour ~3oz hot water to barely cover tea leaves
Infuse 4-5 mins. Longer is stronger.
Dilute with 7oz cold water
Serve Over ice

Amazing Toffee Taste

Comfort in a Cup
Golden arrow is smooth & delicious.
Take note: Water temperature matters! (Something I hadn't realized.)
Originally I used water that was too hot (boiling), which led to my thinking that the tea was too bitter. WRONG!
I finally learned to play around with the temperature.
What a difference when I got it right. Golden arrow is really smooth. It helps start my mornings on a sweet, positive note. Love it.
Highly recommend.
