🔥 Brewing Directions

Hot Brewing 10 oz

Heat 212°f/100°c water
Add 3.5g tea, about 1 tablespoon
Pour 10oz/300ml hot water
Infuse 4-5 mins. Longer is stronger.
Repeat Reinfuse 1-2 times

Iced Brewing 10 oz

Heat 212°f/100°c water
Add 3.5g tea, about 1 tablespoon
Pour ~3oz hot water to barely cover tea leaves
Infuse 4-5 mins. Longer is stronger.
Dilute with 7oz cold water
Serve Over ice

Pro tip: If you want more concentrated flavor, try doubling the tea leaves in this recipe.

So much Flavor!

This combination of black tea, chocolate and chili is so rich and well balanced. It could be a marvelous winter warm by the fire tea but I can drink this year round. It’s a keeper!

Surprise!

This tea has just enough spicy heat to be a pleasant surprise. For the sleepy, probably not the first choice for a breakfast beverage. But for a mid afternoon pick-me-up it's perfect.

I received this tea as a sample. When I 1st tried it l thought nope-not for me, too spicy!(l never could tolerate hot chilies) But that was when the weather was warmer. I thought I'd wait and try it again on a cold day. Well I'm sitting here drinking a cup now and it's not bothering me near as much. Maybe I over steeped last cup IDK.Still, the chili is overpowering the tea quite a bit.I think it might be better iced. I'll try it.I wouldn't order this for myself. I'm more a Golden Arrow girl!
