Edrington Tea Ritual Kit - Highball Recipe

Yields one cocktail. Kit contains enough for two cocktails. 

  1. Make tea concentrate: Add one bag of August Uncommon tea to a heat-safe glass or mug, then add 3 oz of boiling water 

  2. Brew for 5 minutes

  3. Remove the tea bag from the tea concentrate.

  4. Allow the concentrate to cool to room temperature

  5. Fill a 10-12 oz highball-style glass with ice then build your cocktail directly in the glass

  6. Add 1.5 oz your spirit

  7. Add 1 tsp simple syrup

  8. Add 3 oz tea concentrate

  9. Top up glass with soda water, ice, and garnish
