The Macallan Tea Ritual Kit - Biarritz Highball Recipe

Yields one cocktail. Kit contains enough for two cocktails. 

  1. Make tea concentrate: Add one bag of August Uncommon Biarritz tea to a heat-safe glass or mug, then add 3 oz of boiling water

  2. Brew for 5 minutes Remove the tea bag from the tea concentrate

  3. Allow the concentrate to cool to room temperature

  4. Fill a 10-12 oz highball-style glass with ice then build your cocktail directly in the glass

  5. Add 1.5 oz The Macallan

  6. Add 1 tsp simple syrup

  7. Add 3 oz tea concentrate

  8. Top up glass with soda water, ice, and garnish
