Fasten your seatbelts. This powerful black tea makes for a intense morning. It’s a strong, tannic black tea with roasted almond flavor and sweet brittle. Notes of caramel and almond balance the blend of Assam and smoked lapsang souchong black teas. This unique blend is reminiscent of Italian croccante almond brittle. Each sip has a lingering burnt toffee flavor. Adding milk increases the malty sweetness and mellows the smoke to create a dangerously delicious cup.

I liked this new tea. It smells so good l stick my nose in the bag from time to time haha. It's pretty yummy, but not as strong tasting as it smells. I am a fan of Golden Arrow and most anything almond flavored, so figured l would like this. I'm not sure if the sugar crystals added sweetness or not because I always forget to taste it before l add my usual stevia. Probably doesn't need them but it makes it look pretty. I actually prefer the flavor of this over Golden Arrow but for some reason don't find myself wanting it as my morning breakfast tea like l do the GA. It's more of a "treat" tea for me. For that reason, l may order it again sometime, in the small sample bag, just to have on hand for the occasional cup.

I’m always a sucker for a smoky tea and so I fell in love Diabolique. It’s smoky and nutty with a hint of caramel
too. It’s going to be a part of my morning tea rotation for sure. I tried it iced as well which brings out the sweetness and more caramel flavor. I’m not a sweet iced tea drinker but this little bit of sweetness was very nice. I’ll be adding this to my next order so I can have it iced this summer.

Such an awesome tea! Thanks once again for your creative visionary magic! I avoid chocolate and am always looking for a nice sweet treat that is low in sugar.
