Hot Brewing 10 oz

Heat 212°f/100°c water
Add 3.5g tea, about 2 teaspoons
Pour 10oz/300ml hot water
Infuse 4-5 mins. Longer is stronger.
Repeat Reinfuse 1-2 times

Iced Brewing 10 oz

Heat 212°f/100°c water
Add 3.5g tea, about 2 teaspoons
Pour ~3oz hot water to barely cover tea leaves
Infuse 4-5 mins. Longer is stronger.
Dilute with 7oz cold water
Serve Over ice

Excellent as a latte
I love teas that have some astringent floral or herb notes in them and have been missing A Field in Innsbruck terribly. The rosemary is Gold Rush really makes it special and I appreciate that the orange is subtle and not overwhelming. This makes a decadent latte that feels very appropriate for fall & the holiday season. It’s not an everyday tea for me like A Field in Innsbruck is, but it’s definitely one I’ll keep in rotation.

This is one of my favorite flavored black teas from August. I love teas with citrus, but the rosemary in this tea balances the acidity with an earthy, herbal note that is hard to place at first. It's a great way to start the day or give yourself a mid-afternoon boost.
