Prep time: 2 hours for tequila infusion
Ingredients
- 1.5 ounces Days of Heaven-infused silver tequila
- 1 ounce simple syrup
- 3 ounces pink grapefruit juice
- 2 ounces soda
Preparation
- Fill highball glass with ice
- Stir together Days of Heaven-infused tequila, pink grapefruit juice, and simple syrup
- Pour over ice
- Add soda water
- Garnish with pink grapefruit slice

Infused Tequila Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon (3.5 grams) Days of Heaven tea
- 4 ounces silver tequila
Infused Tequila Preparation
- In a glass container, add 1 tablespoon Days of Heaven tea to 4 ounces of silver tequila
- Infuse for 3 hours, stirring or shaking every 30 minutes
- Remove tea from tequila by pouring it into a glass through a fine mesh strainer
- Makes 4 ounces of Days of Heaven-infused tequila
Days of Heaven Tea Mocktail
Ingredients
- 3 ounces Days of Heaven concentrate
- 1 ounce simple syrup
- 1.5 ounces pink grapefruit juice
- 2 ounces soda
Days of Heaven Tea Concentrate Preparation
- Infuse 2 tablespoons Days of Heaven tea with 10 ounces 212°F water for 5 minutes
- Strain and refrigerate
Preparation

- Pour over ice
- Add soda water
