Bright, light floral tea
This tea is like absorbing summer through the rays of the sun beating off flowers, herbs, and hay. This is the kind of scent you want to breathe in deeply when you are outside in the garden or field. One whiff, and you feel life around you teeming with growth and possibility. I am a rhubarb pie (with no strawberries) kind of person, and I expected to have some level of sour with this tea on the back end after the sweet, but there is NO sour in this. The rhubarb presents as a fresh, floral note that is refreshing. I believe it would be something you could enjoy in the morning as well as the evening time.
