Hot Brewing 10 oz

Heat 212°f/100°c water
Add 3.5g tea, about 2 teaspoons
Pour 10oz/300ml hot water
Infuse 4-5 mins. Longer is stronger.
Repeat Reinfuse 1-2 times

Iced Brewing 10 oz

Heat 212°f/100°c water
Add 3.5g tea, about 2 teaspoons
Pour ~3oz hot water to barely cover tea leaves
Infuse 4-5 mins. Longer is stronger.
Dilute with 7oz cold water
Serve Over ice

A pop of flavor

No need to go to a coffee shop for your pick me up in a cup. Just brew a cup of Jet Black. The flavor is outstanding! Enjoyable for coffee and tea alike.

Perfect blend of tea and coffee

Before I tried this one, I wasn't quite sure how coffee and tea would work together, but Jet Black is one of my favorite August teas. I like it sweet with milk and it makes a creamy, delicious mug that has just enough coffee flavor, without dominating the tea. I think this tea is particularly good with flavored creamers (I love with caramel creamer) and I reach for this one a lot.
