Repeat Reinfuse 1 times

Iced Brewing 10 oz

Heat 212°f/100°c water
Add 1 tea bag
Pour ~3oz hot water to barely cover tea leaves
Infuse 4-5 mins. Longer is stronger.
Dilute with 7oz cold water
Serve Over ice

Its how I have a liquid dessert
Love this one. Was never a fan of chocolate tea before this but have certainly changed my mind for this one. I am on an anti-inflammatory diet and cannot have a lot of old favorites. But I can have this tea sweetened a bit with raw honey. It tastes like devil's food cake to me and it gives me back the flavor of a favorite dessert.

💯 My favorite
If I can't have Passage for my morning tea, I'm cross and cranky, as in "That's it! Throw in the tea towel, day over!" I've set up a subscription so that I don't run out, because nobody wants me cranky! Sometimes I dress it up with a little Jordan's Skinny Mix Caramel syrup. It's sooo good.
