Add 3.5g tea, about 2 teaspoons
Pour 10oz/300ml hot water
Infuse 4-5 mins. Longer is stronger.
Repeat Reinfuse 1-2 times

Iced Brewing 10 oz

Heat 212°f/100°c water
Add 3.5g tea, about 2 teaspoons
Pour ~3oz hot water to barely cover tea leaves
Infuse 4-5 mins. Longer is stronger.
Dilute with 7oz cold water
Serve Over ice

Tasty but gave me jitters
I am a Jet Black drinker (2 cups generally before 10 am) and never feel the jitters from it no matter how strong I make it. But I wanted to try Daybreak to get that type of taste and not have more caffeine in my body. I made it strong as that is how I like my teas, but I got the jitters from it and was uncomfortable. Really loved the flavors though.

Therapeutic! And also delicious. I'm now a subscriber.
For years, I've loved numerous August blends but initially passed this by because I prefer caffeinated beverages. However, after a hip impact injury which tore muscles and exacerbated osteoarthritis joint damage, facing a half-year-plus journey from diagnosis to surgery to rehabilitation, I struggled with fatigue. Hopeful for help from the fatigue-fighting, adaptogenic properties of Reishi mushrooms in Daybreak, I gave it a try--and was beyond impressed!
At the end of the day, when my energy plummets, this tea revitalizes. Far better than caffeine and without negative impact on my sleep. This is one tea I do not ever want to run out of--have it on subscription!
Also, the taste is incredible, hot or iced. Smooth and rich. An absolute treat with milk. Five stars is not enough!
