Hot Brewing 10 oz

Heat 212°f/100°c water
Add 3.5g tea, about 2 teaspoons
Pour 10oz/300ml hot water
Infuse 4-5 mins. Longer is stronger.
Repeat Reinfuse 1-2 times

Iced Brewing 10 oz

Heat 212°f/100°c water
Add 3.5g tea, about 2 teaspoons
Pour ~3oz hot water to barely cover tea leaves
Infuse 4-5 mins. Longer is stronger.
Dilute with 7oz cold water
Serve Over ice

There’s a First Time For Everything
I have really searched hard for a non-caffeinated teas that I could drink in the evening. I I have tasted several other brands of Rooibos teas in the past always with the assurance: “This one is different - you’ll like this one”. Nope. Didn’t like any of them. Until…..Silent Night. First time I ever liked one. Actually, I LOVE this one. It has a rich, moody flavor that’s perfect for relaxing, sitting in front of a fire - just a great way to wind down my day.
I will definitely be keeping this one stocked!

Delicate tea
I personally prefer stronger flavours but opted for this because I’m trying to have more teas that I can sip before bed. This is light and hearty, the flavours don’t jump at you… just a mellow blend
