🔥 Brewing Directions

Hot Brewing 10 oz

Heat water to temperature on tea package
Add 3.5g tea, about 1 tablespoon
Pour 10oz/300ml hot water
Infuse 4-5 mins. Longer is stronger.
Repeat Reinfuse 1-2 times

Iced Brewing 10 oz

Heat water to temperature on tea package
Add 3.5g tea, about 1 tablespoon
Pour ~3oz hot water to barely cover tea leaves
Infuse 4-5 mins. Longer is stronger.
Dilute with 7oz cold water
Serve Over ice

Pro tip: If you want more concentrated flavor, try doubling the tea leaves in this recipe.

Great Show

I ordered this and a couple of other teas not included in this sampler to "Try Them All". I found 8 favorites I intend to keep in stock. A few not quite my taste and a few I found awful. However, I found them all inventive and adventurous and the collection firmly established August as my go-to tea provider.

They have the best customer service! (And tea). I ordered the big box of all the samples for a wedding gift. Had 2 other boxes of items, the tea was to be the top tier. Highly decorated. Well, the box was damaged beyond wrapping. I was immediately sent another complete order, arriving just in time!. The bride and groom LOVED the tea!
