- 1.5oz Mood Indigo-infused bourbon
- .5oz Ardbeg 12 year scotch
- 1 tsp Lemon Oleo Saccharum syrup
- burnt orange peel garnish
In a clean jar, combine 3.5 grams of tea leaves and 4 ounces of spirits. Cover and let infuse for 2 hours, inverting the jar every 30 minutes or so.
Stir ingredients together in shaker or pint glass with ice. Strain and serve up in a small nick & nora glass.
Tastes like a boozier Penicillin.
Bright and sweet with notes of lemon and orange, peat, smoke and new leather.
