Heat 212°f/100°c water
Add 1 tea bag
Pour ~3oz hot water to barely cover tea leaves
Infuse 4-5 mins. Longer is stronger.
Dilute with 7oz cold water
Serve Over ice

This might be my favorite

It's actually really hard for me to pick a favorite August Uncommon tea, I have a few that I drink regularly, but I drink this one most mornings. It's great for days where I want something a little more like coffee, but without going back to just drinking coffee, plus it tastes way better than coffee! 😋

Roasted Barley Black Tea

Had virtually no coffee beans or cardamom pods. Tasted the yerba mate, black tea, and roasted malted barley but had no chai spice and no coffee taste nor smell both in the bag and made as described. Tried doubling the amount of tea and letting it steep twice as long but no change.
