This is a modern twist on jasmine green tea. Its hypnotic scent evokes the precious stone Dolomite. The dark honey aroma contrasts with invigorating jasmine flowers. As you sip, the initial sweet aroma quickly gives way to bright notes of honeysuckle, jasmine, and rose. Then, the floral bouquet interweaves with notes of sweet almond and freshly cut grass. These elegant scents are as enchanting as a flirtatious spring trellis. This tea must be brewed at 176° F to preserve its delicate sweetness.

🔥 Brewing Directions

Hot Brewing 10 oz

Heat 175°f/80°c water
Add 3.5g tea, about 1 tablespoon
Pour 10oz/300ml hot water
Infuse 4-5 mins. Longer is stronger.
Repeat Reinfuse 1-2 times

Iced Brewing 10 oz

Heat 175°f/80°c water
Add 3.5g tea, about 1 tablespoon
Pour ~3oz hot water to barely cover tea leaves
Infuse 4-5 mins. Longer is stronger.
Dilute with 7oz cold water
Serve Over ice

Least favorite of the August Teas I have purchased.

This is a good quality smooth green tea, but the jasmine and almond flavors are too subtle to even notice. August teas usually deliver a more distinctive flavor profile.

Not bad

The first time I opened up the tin, and the first cup it had a very nice floral flavor. After the second cup, just green tea flavor. I like green tea, so no complaints. The rest of the flavor left the tin.
