Hot Brewing 10 oz

Heat 212°f/100°c water
Add 3.5g tea, about 1 tablespoon
Pour 10oz/300ml hot water
Infuse 4-5 mins. Longer is stronger.
Repeat Reinfuse 1-2 times

Iced Brewing 10 oz

Heat 212°f/100°c water
Add 3.5g tea, about 1 tablespoon
Pour ~3oz hot water to barely cover tea leaves
Infuse 4-5 mins. Longer is stronger.
Dilute with 7oz cold water
Serve Over ice

There Be Gold in Them There Tins/Bags

OLD REVIEW: Definitely an autumn drinks. Orange and caramel fight for center stage it is an interesting combo. Would've have preferred apple instead of orange but it still tastes good. The rosemary is the smell and aftertaste. With rock sugar it becomes extremely caramelly. Granulated sugar brings out the candied orange SIGNIFICANTLY.

NEW REVIEW: Heavily orangey. The caramel gives it a slightly creamy taste and mouthfell and the rosemary adds a nice herbal element but this is first and foremost ORANGE. With added sweetener is it s citrus and savory blend.

Smooth subtly sweet black tea

This is another lovely exceptionally well balanced black tea. It does remind me a bit of Low Country with the caramel flavor popping through. But it's definitely got different characters hanging out in the background. And I think I CAN taste a bit of rosemary.

smooth black tea

This is a wonderfully smooth black tea with subtle notes of caramel, rosemary & orange. The smell of raw tea is exquisite with orange and lemon notes really punching through. Smell of tea brewed wafts caramel. The overall taste of tea is smooth black tea with soft notes of main highlights. Very satisfying tea!
