This sultry black tea has real pieces of raspberry and caramel. Brewing it is an aromatic seduction, redolent of lava cake with molten raspberry syrup. In the first sip, you taste the bright, satiny flavor of raspberry, which is a perfect complement to mild malty tea. There is a lovely burnt sugar bite that lingers pleasantly on the tongue. Since receiving the first bag of Razzmatazz, I’ve been drinking it every day as a latte with oat milk as an afternoon treat. It tastes like frosted raspberry scones. The raspberry flavor is unmatched - sparkling, fresh, juicy raspberry. Skip the dessert and pick up this tea. I will be drinking this all spring and summer long.
Definitely expected this to be tangier than it was. The depth of the caramel balanced the brightness of the raspberry and if you’re a fan of Cabaret (which I am!) you will love this one ❤️
This tea is really delightful. It has all the balance and crispness of a really good black tea, which the hint of raspberry and caramel that adds to the flavor. I really enjoy this hot with a touch of cream, but it excels as a plain iced tea. Very refreshing and enjoyable, highly recommend. I will be buying this again.
This tea is good plain, but better with milk and/or sugar. I look forward to trying it in cocktails and dessert recipes, like flavoring a cake with a concentrate, yum! It's more chocolaty and less zingy than I expected upon hearing the name, but I find it to be pleasant and balanced. Definitely worth a try!
