Enter a summer orchard where the scent of juicy ripening fruit waves gently in the air. This is a naturally sweet, fruity floral tea bursting with pink lady apple and Anjou pear, and orange peel. Each sip has a silky, smooth texture and lingering aroma of ripe fruit and grand mariner orange liqueur. This is a fruity blend of green rooibos and honeybush, dried apple, bergamot peel and bergamot orange essence. Each sip has a lingering sweet-tart finish. Its aroma is a delightful bouquet of orange blossom, linden and quince. A touch of honey enhances its sweetness. It is bright and soothing hot. Over ice it makes a summery mocktail. I love green rooibos. Like Red, it has a smoky flavor, albeit very faint. But where red is dry, green is juicy. Which makes the green perfectly complimentary when mixed with a bushel of apples, a half-bushel of pears, a handful of cherries, and one peach. This is fantastic, as is or with a drop of honey, as a Summer tea. But if you're looking for Autumnal brilliance, mull it. Yum.

I’m am always lying in wait for whatever decaffeinated tea the folks at AU come up with. This way I can drink it all day. The Orchard is a terrific new addition with a totally different flavor profile from my others. I’ve had it hot, and find that the burnt orange and bergamot are most prevalent that way. It’s just delicious as is, but I prefer a drop of honey. As an iced tea, you get more apple & pear. The pear is faint, the apple more forward, but again, excellent. I make a small pitcher of concentrate for summer, which I use to top off all the water I drink. It’s a great option for that, but superb singly hot or cold. Highly recommend this one.

This tea is very apple forward but in the best of ways. From the aroma to the taste, the tea is definitely an apple tea. The bergamot flavor is subtle and mostly joins the fun in the aftertaste, smoothing out the apple flavor. I preferred making a latte out of it with some foamed cream.

August has done it again! The perfect blend of fruity and floral. Notes of apple that are rounded out with a delicate floral bouquet. It’s the end of summer feeling in a glass, but will would be a great iced or hot tea anytime.

My first whiff of the Orchard smelled like Green Apple sour candy. Most anything apple is delicious, and The Orchard is no different. The combination of Apple and Bergamot is really fantastic. Has this ever been done before? If not, I'm glad August did it. Sometimes I sip it and I get apple. Other times I sip it and I get Earl Grey with a bonus flavor blast. Well done. I really like this one. Thanks!
