Silencio Rum Cocktail Recipe

Rum brings the fun to our rich cacao pineapple black tea, Silencio. This easy, low-carb cocktail transforms bold iced tea into a lively party drink with a splash of your favorite rum. The flavors are rich yet bright thanks to the special caramel note of rum. If you enjoy piña coladas, try it with Malibu 🤭

Silencio Rum Cocktail Recipe

Makes two 6oz servings
Prep time 10 minutes

  • Infuse 1 tablespoons (3.5g) of Silencio black tea in ~ 3 ounces 212°F water. Use just enough water to fully cover the tea.
  • Infuse for 5 minutes, covered.
  • Remove tea leaves and add ~7 oz cold water.
  • Fill two rocks glasses with ice
  • Divide the cool tea between the glasses 
  • Add 1 ounce of rum. (try Malibu if you like coconut)
  • Garnish with a pineapple wedge. Enjoy!
