🔥 Brewing Directions

Hot Brewing 10 oz

Heat water to temperature on tea package
Add 3.5g tea, about 1 tablespoon
Pour 10oz/300ml hot water
Infuse 4-5 mins. Longer is stronger.
Repeat Reinfuse 1-2 times

Iced Brewing 10 oz

Heat water to temperature on tea package
Add 3.5g tea, about 1 tablespoon
Pour ~3oz hot water to barely cover tea leaves
Infuse 4-5 mins. Longer is stronger.
Dilute with 7oz cold water
Serve Over ice

Pro tip: If you want more concentrated flavor, try doubling the tea leaves in this recipe.

So Easy to Use
I love making tea with the infuser, because it’s easy to just put it in my mug of hot water, then take it out and drink my tea. My husband even likes to put it in his cup for a second round; although, I’d rather not chance getting bitter tea. 😂
It’s a little harder to clean than my little silver tea strainers, but only because I try to prevent any dregs going down my sink when I rinse it with water to loosen the tea leaves and swipe them out with a paper towel.

Great for the tea-noob!
I really enjoyed this sampler of teas. As a complete noob to all things tea, this was a great mix of herbal teas, oolong and other types of tea. It allowed me to really hone in what types of tea I like, and which teas are not my personal favorite. To me, the clear standouts in this box was Low Country, and Psychocandy. Add in the infuser and the measuring scoop, and this set has everything a new tea drinker needs to get started.
When I placed my order, I also added in several bags that I KNEW I liked, or knew I wanted to try.
