Flash Brewed Iced Tea

The best way to brew iced tea is… Cold Brew? Nope. Sun tea? No. In our experience, it’s Flash Brewing.

Here’s how to do it:

• Start with your favorite tea. I’m using Low Country bourbon sugar black tea.
• Grab a Forlife Lucent Iced Tea Brewer 
• Add 5 scoops, or about 17 grams of tea to the infuser. In this demo I'm using Low Country.
• Brew with the water just covering the infuser. This will make a strong concentrate.
• Fill the brewer up the rest of the way with cold water
• Sweeten if desired
• Serve over ice and enjoy!

The whole process takes about 10 minutes. The tea is rich, clear, flavorful and ready to drink fast.

Don’t have an iced tea brewer?
No worries. Just figure out your batch size in ounces, then multiply that times .35 to get the right amount of tea (in grams) to brew with.

Want it stronger?
Double the amount of tea leaves to .7 grams for each ounce in your brewing vessel.
