This citrus green tea is a seduction of the senses. In the first sip, you encounter sweet woodsy spice, then creamy orange and vanilla. It ends with orange peel and hay notes. Imagine wandering the ancient city of Tangier the birthplace of tangerines, bolder cousin of the orange. This tea is inspired by the Moroccan medina, a sensual wonderland where spices, incense, and tangerines dance in the air. It is superb on ice. Hot Brewing 10 oz

Heat 175°f/80°c water
Add 3.5g tea, about 1 tablespoon
Pour 10oz/300ml hot water
Infuse 4-5 mins. Longer is stronger.
Repeat Reinfuse 1-2 times

Iced Brewing 10 oz

Heat 175°f/80°c water
Add 3.5g tea, about 1 tablespoon
Pour ~3oz hot water to barely cover tea leaves
Infuse 4-5 mins. Longer is stronger.
Dilute with 7oz cold water
Serve Over ice

Pro tip: If you want more concentrated flavor, try doubling the tea leaves in this recipe.

Comforting tea, but .......

This is my first review of your tea. I have several packages. I purchase your beautiful glass mug and the gold tea strainer. Yet, the tea strainer still allows remnants of the tea into my cup of tea. Please don't get me wrong. The tea is smooth, delicious, and I will continue to drink and purchase. But I have to restrain my cup of tea to remove particles of the dried tea. Other than that, I love it.

This is vanilla bean, as this tea contains pieces of Madagascar vanilla beans. All of our teas with vanilla have these particles. If it bothers you, we recommend filtering your finished cup of tea through a fine mesh strainer or any other fine stainer such as a cheesecloth or a paper filter.
