This works well, but be careful. I gifted this to someone and they were washing it and the top edge cut his hand in two places. It's very sharp.

So far so good! Wonderful packaging, great selection of flavors. I would like to stress that the temp of the water really does make a difference. I bought an adjustable temp tea kettle and the difference when using the correct temp water vs. water from my Keurig is significant. I highly recommend this tea!
