Rich and luxurious from the start, the aroma of warm chocolate cake emerging from the oven fills your nose. Close your eyes to imagine the warm wooden, gilded interior of a café in Turn-of-the-Century Vienna. On its own, this tea is a strong, malty black tea with hints of cherry weaves around the layers of dark chocolate. A touch of milk softens the tannins and brings out the fruity sweetness of cherry. An excellent choice for breakfast or afternoon with cake, or anytime you need a chocolate fix. A tea for chocolate lovers and black forest cake fans.

A favorite among many
I adore Cabaret. Disclaimer: I love the chocolate based black teas from August Uncommon and drink them on rotation daily. Why this one in particular? The flavor is complex and rich, without being very sweet or so forward that it doesn’t go with whatever breakfast is. I love the mix of flavors that a drop of half & half brings out, and it’s excellent with just sweetener or straight up too. I always serving step my August teas, usually 18oz. It’s also terrific popped in the fridge for iced tea later. I’ve been drinking it about 4 years now and have never been disappointed in my choice.

Rich and flavorful
One of my wife's new favorite teas because of the rich and robust flavor. From the first delicious sip, Cabaret has true cherry and chocolate notes that make for such an enjoyable cuppa. A simple pleasure that brings her lots of joy. The flavors are evident in the second brew as well.
