Imagine a sip of aged brandy with gâteau basque in the glow of a terracotta sunset. This tea has intense aroma with no alcohol or caffeine. Breezy orange blossom and amaretto notes evolve into burnt orange peel and sweet almonds. The flavor is finally rounded out with muddled cherries. Languid summer nights invite slowness.

🔥 Brewing Directions

Hot Brewing 10 oz

Heat 212°f/100°c water
Add 3.5g tea, about 2 teaspoons
Pour 10oz/300ml hot water
Infuse 4-5 mins. Longer is stronger.
Repeat Reinfuse 1-2 times

Iced Brewing 10 oz

Heat 212°f/100°c water
Add 3.5g tea, about 2 teaspoons
Pour ~3oz hot water to barely cover tea leaves
Infuse 4-5 mins. Longer is stronger.
Dilute with 7oz cold water
Serve Over ice

My Go-To Afternoon Routine
I typically have 1-2 cups of black tea in the morning & then pivot to herbal tea in the afternoon. This is my favorite flavor for my afternoon cup of tea. The flavor is comforting & perfect for any season. While I have a vast sample collection I will be ordering the large bag of this flavor!
