This adaptogenic blend of roasted herbs and grains is designed to mimic the nutty, cocoa notes of coffee, without the caffeine. This roasted herbal tea is satisfying at any time of day. Its rich aroma conjures a hot morning at the county fair. In the first sip, hot buttery kettle corn mingles with the flavor of pecans and rye whiskey. The distinctive flavor of toasted marshmallow and graham cracker lingers after each sip. While it is light bodied, this is a malty tea with smooth, deep flavors. Hot Brewing 10 oz

Heat 212°f/100°c water
Add 3.5g tea, about 1 tablespoon
Pour 10oz/300ml hot water
Infuse 4-5 mins. Longer is stronger.
Repeat Reinfuse 1-2 times

Iced Brewing 10 oz

Heat 212°f/100°c water
Add 3.5g tea, about 1 tablespoon
Pour ~3oz hot water to barely cover tea leaves
Infuse 4-5 mins. Longer is stronger.
Dilute with 7oz cold water
Serve Over ice
