Heat 212°f/100°c water
Add 3.5g tea, about 2 teaspoons
Pour 10oz/300ml hot water
Infuse 4-5 mins. Longer is stronger.
Repeat Reinfuse 1-2 times

Iced Brewing 10 oz

Heat 212°f/100°c water
Add 3.5g tea, about 2 teaspoons
Pour ~3oz hot water to barely cover tea leaves
Infuse 4-5 mins. Longer is stronger.
Dilute with 7oz cold water
Serve Over ice

Best Tea Ever

This is hands down my favorite August Tea (and I've tried ALL of them). Definitely feels like a coffee alternative. While I do like drinking coffee, this is what I go to when I don't want the caffeine. Good in the morning or at night. Total comfort in a cup. I now buy it in the 72 cup bag when it's available and get so sad if I run out. Zero complaints.

Caffeine allergy savior

I haven't had coffee in over 20 years for to a caffeine allergy and this blend is the closest I've tasted to a cup of coffee (or at least the satisfaction of taste to real coffee). I'm in love!

Advice, try it as a "London fog"
