The floral notes of white tea are complemented by the depth of sweet almond and ephemeral orange trees in bloom. It's perfect on its own or with a dessert. And it is an out-of-this-world iced tea. Its name is inspired by the graceful, warm sound of American Analog Set’s understated indie rock album of the same name. A tea for lovers of almond and citrus flowers.

Unique and Intriguing
I love both almond flavoring and a good pai mu tan tea and this has both! The almond is a little strong but that's ok! I enjoyed the sweetness of this tea and most of all, the layering of interesting varied ingredients and flavors which somehow all came through. The surprise for me was how much I liked the taste of the barley malt. It really added that extra "little something" that had me enjoying each sip more and more.
