🔥 Brewing Directions

Hot Brewing 10 oz

Heat 212°f/100°c water
Add 3.5g tea, about 2 teaspoons
Pour 10oz/300ml hot water
Infuse 4-5 mins. Longer is stronger.
Repeat Reinfuse 1-2 times

Iced Brewing 10 oz

Heat 212°f/100°c water
Add 3.5g tea, about 2 teaspoons
Pour ~3oz hot water to barely cover tea leaves
Infuse 4-5 mins. Longer is stronger.
Dilute with 7oz cold water
Serve Over ice

Pro tip: If you want more concentrated flavor, try doubling the tea leaves in this recipe.

Unexpectedly Smooth

I decided to use most of the little pkg & make some iced tea in my glass carafe I purchased from your company this summer. I enjoy both forms of tea but this time of year Iced is definitely my favorite!

This bergamot plum tea is very lovely , very tasty.

Also, I don’t think I was able to comment on the wonderful carafe since I purchased it. I love it. It’s very pretty and practical too , because it’s large enough for me, but doesn’t take up too much room in the fridge. Very nice.

I like this tea. Has a good flavor, but i like a few others like Metallic (Violet Elderberry) and Mackintosh more!

While I enjoy free samples, not strong enough for me

I'm addicted to the discontinued Civil Disobedience Smokey Cardamon Black Tea, so this Early Grey blend was a bit too light for me, even steeping extra long.
