A technicolor cocktail that’s as delicious as it is grammable. Melon gets even more melon when neon Midori liqueur meets minty Capri fruit tea. Skip the vodka to make a luscious low ABV drink.
Makes 1 drink
Prep time: 1 hour for tea concentrate
Ingredients
- 1.5 ounces vodka
- 1 ounce midori liqueur
- 3 ounces Capri tea concentrate
- 2 ounces soda
Preparation
- Make Capri tea double concentrate. Let cool to room temperature
- Fill highball glass with ice
- Stir together vodka, midori, Capri tea concentrate
- Pour over ice
- Add soda water
- Garnish with melon ball
- Enjoy!
Capri Tea Concentrate Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons (7 grams) Capri tea
- 10 ounces water
Capri Tea Concentrate Preparation
- Infuse 2 tablespoons Capri tea with 10 ounces 212°F water for 5 minutes
- Strain and cool to room temperature
- Refrigeration causes cloudy tea
Makes 10 ounces Capri tea concentrate.
