The first thing you notice about Big Easy is the aroma. The pineapple is prominent and lemongrass hits next. I loved this iced - the flavor is slightly more muted but in a good way. I like adding lemon and a drop or two of honey and it was delicious. Now having it hot almost changes, or maybe enhanced the flavor profile? The pineapple is forward, a sort of “candy” caramel flavor is demonstrated that I didn’t pick up in the iced format. I add a bit of cream and teaspoon of sugar to a cup of hot tea. I also added more hot water when half through the cup and second time around was fab as well.

This tea is delicious hot but it becomes a summer superstar when iced.

Smooth and flavorful....a gentle tea.

This is such a bright, fruity tea. I don't generally like green teas but this one is delightful and can't wait to have it as an iced tea when it gets warmer out.

I have yet to drink this tea a way I dislike. Add honey or sugar, delish. Plain, delish. A splash of non-dairy milk, delish. Iced, room temperature or hot this tea is amazing.
