Hot Brewing 10 oz

Heat water to temperature on tea package
Add 1 tea bag
Pour 10oz/300ml hot water
Infuse 4-5 mins. Longer is stronger.
Repeat Reinfuse 1 times

Iced Brewing 10 oz

Heat water to temperature on tea package
Add 1 tea bag
Pour ~3oz hot water to barely cover tea leaves
Infuse 4-5 mins. Longer is stronger.
Dilute with 7oz cold water
Serve Over ice

Pro tip: If you want more concentrated flavor, add a second tea bag

A lower-caffeine alternative to our morning lattes

I gifted this to my partner over Christmas and he loves it. It's got the spiciness of chai and a touch of that espresso roastiness that we normally get from our morning lattes. With half the caffeine of a double-shot of espresso, this is a great mid-day alternative to coffee.
