A cup of this before bed is the perfect way to prepare for a great night's sleep. The notes of rhubarb and lemon verbena give the chamomile the perfect amount of oomph to put it over the top.
This tea helps me sleep but isn't boring to drink. I shared this tea with my family this weekend and they loved it too.
Super sweet without sugar. Tastes like a rhubarb lemonade mixed with chamomile tea. But an actually good chamomile tea and not one that just tastes like licking flower petals (Yes, even though that's basically what it is). But it is more floral and fruity, than grassy. Would order again as a wind-down tea for sure!
