🔥 Brewing Directions

Iced Brewing 10 oz

Heat water to temperature on tea package
Add 3.5g tea, about 1 tablespoon
Pour ~3oz hot water to barely cover tea leaves
Infuse 4-5 mins. Longer is stronger.
Dilute with 7oz cold water
Serve Over ice

Pro tip: If you want more concentrated flavor, try doubling the tea leaves in this recipe. Scale up with the same proportions for larger batches.

Every tea is exquisite!
I recently purchased a 10 pack sampler of iced teas. I was impressed with the evocative quality of each tea as it transports one, through taste and smell, to far away, as well as, familiar places. I bring a sample of each tea to work for my co-workers to experience. I absolutely fell in in love with each tea and have begun ordering larger loose tea bags of my favorites. The only problem is…..they are ALL my favorite!🥰

Summer of Tea
Living in a hot dry part of the country staying hydrated is key so I decided to try this sampler of flavors designed for iced tea to provide variety and help me keep drinking, something I too often don't do. The flavors all sound lovely and the ones I've tried are good. My only concern is that most contain caffeine, albeit often through white or green tea, with their lower caffeine levels. However, those of us who are sensitive to caffeine need to plan to drink these earlier in the day.

Unique and flavorful variety
I’ve sampled about half of the 10 iced teas so far and have loved them all. The flavors are subtle, but so good. As usual, August makes some fine blends.
