🔥 Brewing Directions

Hot Brewing 10 oz

Heat 212°f/100°c water
Add 3.5g tea, about 2 teaspoons
Pour 10oz/300ml hot water
Infuse 4-5 mins. Longer is stronger.
Repeat Reinfuse 1-2 times

Iced Brewing 10 oz

Heat 212°f/100°c water
Add 3.5g tea, about 2 teaspoons
Pour ~3oz hot water to barely cover tea leaves
Infuse 4-5 mins. Longer is stronger.
Dilute with 7oz cold water
Serve Over ice

Smokey Banana? YES PLEASE
I was looking for fruity tea's and saw the Black Lodge Smokey Banana. I thought .... what??? banana flavored tea and "smokey" that sounds strange. I decided to buy a sample size because the name had me curious. I absolutely loved it and have purchased it twice now. This one will wow you !!!!

Smokey sweetness
The description of this tea says its recommended for lovers of campfires, scotch and mezcal and that's a great description. There is a smokey flavor too it and the banana adds a bit of sweetness. For me this isn't an everyday tea, but I love pulling it out when I'm in the mood for something different.

Full flavor
I love the strong black full flavor teas. Yes, AU’s Smoky Breakfast is another of the best examples. This Black Lodge is a winner also. I look forward to the smile and feeling I get from the first sip of the day. Adding a flavor, banana, vanilla etc. without covering up the real thing is perfect. I can enjoy some of the tea drinks later in the day but mornings I don’t want anything to interfere with the pure flavor of the tea. Spot on.
