This is truly an interdimensional ice cream float. It harkens back to early 90s iced coffee with a splash of caramel syrup. When salted caramel ice cream meets the banana and truffle umami notes of this tea, you get the flavor of a smoke-kissed iced coffee.

Prep time: 30 minutes for tea concentrate
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons (7 grams) Black Lodge tea
- One large scoop of salted caramel ice cream
Preparation
- Infuse 2 tablespoons Black Lodge tea with 10 ounces 212°F water for 5 minutes. Strain. We prefer this float unsweetened, but if you like sweet tea, add ½-1 teaspoon of sugar or honey.
- Pour tea concentrate into glass.
- Add a large scoop of salted caramel ice cream. We like the tea to be a little warm so the ice cream melts faster.
- Add a straw. Enjoy!
