🔥 Brewing Directions

Hot Brewing 10 oz

Heat 175°f/80°c water
Add 3.5g tea, about 2 teaspoons
Pour 10oz/300ml hot water
Infuse 4-5 mins. Longer is stronger.
Repeat Reinfuse 1-2 times

Iced Brewing 10 oz

Heat 175°f/80°c water
Add 3.5g tea, about 2 teaspoons
Pour ~3oz hot water to barely cover tea leaves
Infuse 4-5 mins. Longer is stronger.
Dilute with 7oz cold water
Serve Over ice

Summer Time Relaxation every evening at 7:00

This is the hour of relaxation for my wife and I every evening. Our Tea ritual to transition into the night. Our newest flavor is the Pineapple Caramel. Our favorite of the summer. Tall glass, heavy on the ice and finish with our Pineapple Caramel. Wonderful refreshing flavor of Pineapple followed with a sweat wave of Caramel. Welcome to our nightly patio ritual.

Wonderful tea hot or iced!

August Teas are such wonderful teas, but this one has become a particular favorite of mine. It is flavorful without being overpowering. This is the tea I drink to relax and enjoy my backyard. It is also excellent iced and I enjoy taking it on the go in my tea bottle. This is a great tea to introduce green tea to someone that hasn’t found a green tea they like as this one is it!
