I was not expecting much from this tea. The caraway definitely hits you high in the nose when you smell the dry leaves, but once steeped, it mellows out and all the flavors blend perfectly together. None stand out above the rest and together they make a beautiful symphony. The first sip blew me away. It's sweet, creamy, and has a velvety smooth texture. I drink tea without any additions, and this one certainly doesn't need it. It's delicious and creamy on its own. Honestly, as I finish my first cup, this tea might be edging out Passage as my favorite from August.
2 teaspoons, ~8oz water, steeped at 212F for 4 minutes.
