I initially did not like the Low Country Burbon Sugar Black tea. I sent the company an email and told them that I was disappointed in the flavor. I was expecting a bolder taste. They advised me to add one extra teaspoon and let it steep for six minutes. That was the little extra that it needed. They did provide a refund, even though I told them I didn’t expect it since I had only ordered a sample size. I have since ordered a full size and have enjoyed every cup. The taste is similar to an English breakfast tea but with a more complex flavor.
