🔥 Brewing Directions

Hot Brewing 10 oz

Heat water to temperature on tea package
Add 3.5g tea, about 1 tablespoon
Pour 10oz/300ml hot water
Infuse 4-5 mins. Longer is stronger.
Repeat Reinfuse 1-2 times

Iced Brewing 10 oz

Heat water to temperature on tea package
Add 3.5g tea, about 1 tablespoon
Pour ~3oz hot water to barely cover tea leaves
Infuse 4-5 mins. Longer is stronger.
Dilute with 7oz cold water
Serve Over ice

Pro tip: If you want more concentrated flavor, try doubling the tea leaves in this recipe.

Excellent selection of samplers.

I am very new to "all things tea" however, I am totally enjoying the Top 10 Sampler! In my short time of drinking tea vs. coffee I've discovered that I prefer black tea and their variants over floral or fruit teas. Based on this discovery, I have really enjoyed the Top 10 Sampler as many samples are based on black tea. I've already referred several friends and coworkers to August Uncommon Tea and recommended they try the Top 10 Sampler.
