If you're like me, you stick to your favorite teas. I find myself drinking the same few teas over and over. There's nothing wrong with having favorites, but every once in a while its good to change things up. And the new year is the perfect time to introduce a new tea or tea ritual.
Here are a few recommendations to switch up your tea routine:
If you're a morning tea drinker, why not try an evening tea?
I recommend Love Story, Nightfall, Psychocandy, and Silent Night for cozy winter nights.
If you're an evening drinker:
Try a bracing breakfast tea like August Breakfast, Low Country, Essentials English Breakfast or Dirty Chai.
Are you a black tea drinker?
Try an oolong, green or white tea. My top oolongs are Dark Iris and Avalon. Top green and white teas for winter are Combray, Tangerine Dream and Know by Heart.
Are you a green tea drinker?
Maybe it's time for a pure black tea like Essentials Black Gold, or treat yourself to Rare Leaves Gold or Rare Leaves Black Pearl oolong?
Are your a pure unflavored tea drinker?
If you're curious about flavored tea, I'd recommend one of these milder blends like Essential Earl Grey, Mood Indigo, The Library or Passage.
PS. Our wonderfully uncommon vanilla mint grapefruit rooibos tea Cocteau is our new free sample. It's so unique, you've got to taste it for yourself.
