Ingredients
• 4 tablespoons (14 grams) strong black tea
• 1.5 cups whole milk or nut milk
• 1.5 cups water
• 2 tablespoons sugar
Preparation
1. Combine tea leaves and boiling water in a sauce pot
2. Simmer tea for 10 minutes
3. Add 2 tablespoons sugar
4. Warm milk in a separate saucepan
5. After tea is done simmering, add milk and remove from heat
6. Allow to infuse for 10 more minutes
7. Strain into mugs or small teapot
